Our Experts – Lynda Whiskey Expert

Lynda has worked with us since 2012 and is our in-​house whiskey and spir­its expert. Lynda has WSET qual­i­fi­ca­tion in spir­its and spends a lot of her spare time talk­ing to small dis­tillers, research­ing trends and attend­ing tutored tast­ings. Lynda gives a num­ber of in-​house train­ing courses to col­leagues specif­i­cally on Irish and Scotch whiskeys and gen­er­ally around spir­its and food match­ing. The explo­sion new dis­tillers of Irish spir­its over the past 4 years has seen our guests become increas­ingly inter­ested in know­ing more about spir­its and these courses give col­leagues a great ground­ing in this area.

Lynda has just started to offer courses for mem­bers of the pub­lic who would like to know more about whiskey, or would just like the oppor­tu­nity to taste dif­fer­ent whiskeys at a relaxed and infor­mal tast­ing. See more info includ­ing details of upcom­ing courses and ticket info here.
